The Stake put on a Story Telling Festival this year. A small version of the Roadshows we had put on when I was a kid, except anyone from the ward was invited to be in the cast. Really fun. Every ward chose from a different book. Our Ward presented an adaption of Max Lucado's book "You are Special." A sweet story about a town of Wemmicks and their maker Eli (I have the book if you want to borrow it). Here's a picture of the full cast. Sister Grooms was our Director. She was fabulous!

I love that book! It looks like you all had a great time.
oooohhhhhhh I so want to be there !!!!!!
I loved the road shows. I remember helping to make scenery one year
and seems to me I made penguin outfits another. Remember that Laurie?
Keep building these great memories, you'll never regret it.
Love you everyone
Grandma Valentine
p.s.
keep papa in your prayers next week. He goes in for his catarack surgery
next tuesday. it's not supposed to be too great a risk, but there is always
some risk.
What a cool idea! I will have to suggest this to the stake!
